1. guilty: i am obsessed with the kardashians, kourtney especially. i love this spread of her in shape magazine.
2. went on an amazing run yesterday with my boyfriend & his roommate, and it felt freeing. just like what this picture describes to me. i would say we ran about 3 miles total.
today so far - - -
BREAKFAST: grande skinny caramel iced latte (only 80 calories ladies!!)
fried egg & one slice american cheese on one slice wheat breadSNACK: nature valley granola thin (80 calories)
LUNCH: salad (spinach leaves, grilled chicken, 1 babybel cheese, 3 slices avocado, 1 tbsp panera asian salad dressing), 6 wheat thins w/ roasted red pepper hummus
SNACK: (1) apple slices mixed with my personal greek yogurt mixture (5 tbsp plain greek yogurt, a few dashes of ground cinnamon, drizzle a little bit of honey, add a small handful of granola)
DINNER: grilled chicken & sauteed vegetables.
WORKOUT: 40 minutes of yoga with Body by Bethenny DVD
brisk jog with my roommate. distance: 1.43 mi (20 mins)

The Green Smoothie for Weight Loss
Great for weight loss, digestive health, supporting the immune system, and as a healthy and filling snack. After a couple of weeks you’ll have that ‘Glow’ – glowing skin, hair, nails, even eyes get brighter! Who doesn’t want that?
The recipe is super simple: all you need is a blender and the following ingredients:
- 1-2 bananas
- frozen peaches
- frozen mango
- a couple handfuls of spinach
- water
- ice (if desired)
